ERP & Enterprise Asset Management
ERP and enterprise asset management, from selection and implementation to optimization after go-live.
Halvorn Industries ran production, stock and finance on separate systems and closed its books by hand. We implemented a single ERP across three plants and built a reporting layer on top of it.

Results
Challenge
Halvorn Industries makes fabricated metal products at three plants. Each plant tracked production in its own spreadsheets and a local stock system, while head office kept finance on a separate package. Costs and stock positions were reconciled by hand at month end.
Planners could not see raw material across the plants, so shortages were discovered when a line stopped. Maintenance records existed, but they never reached the people scheduling production.
Approach
We ran a requirements review with each plant and with finance, then implemented a single ERP covering finance, procurement, inventory and production. Data from the legacy stock systems was migrated and reconciled before cutover, one plant at a time.
We then integrated the ERP with the plants’ maintenance and weighbridge systems and built a governed data model behind a set of Power BI dashboards: a daily view for plant managers and a weekly view for the leadership team. Recurring month end reports were automated.
Outcome
Plant managers now open the same figures every morning that finance uses at month end, so the argument over whose numbers are right has been replaced by a short review. Planners see stock across all three plants and order against it.
Halvorn’s own team administers the ERP and builds new views, with Cloud Remark providing support after go-live.
