We stay with the systems we deliver long after go-live. Support & Aftercare covers managed support, product lifecycle management and outsourcing arrangements, so your platforms stay secure, current and fit for purpose through their full lifecycle.

Scope

What we deliver

  • Managed support for applications, platforms and infrastructure, with a defined route for raising and escalating issues.
  • Proactive monitoring and maintenance, including patching, upgrades and regular health checks.
  • Product lifecycle management that plans versions, upgrades and end of life before they become urgent.
  • Security updates and vulnerability response across the systems in scope.
  • Outsourcing arrangements in which we run defined IT functions on your behalf.
  • Regular service reviews covering issues raised, changes made and the improvements that follow.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you only support systems that Cloud Remark delivered?

No. We support systems we built and systems we inherit. For inherited systems we start with a review, so we understand the estate before we take responsibility for it.

What does a support arrangement cover?

Scope is agreed for each arrangement: the systems covered, the hours of cover, how issues are raised and escalated, and how we report. We write it down so both sides know exactly what is included.

What are your response times?

Response times and service levels are agreed with you for each arrangement, based on how critical each system is to your operations.

Can you take over an IT function entirely?

Yes, through an outsourcing arrangement. We agree the function, its boundaries and the reporting, then run it on your behalf while your team keeps oversight.

How does an engagement start?

With a conversation about the systems you need supported and what is not working today. We then review the estate and propose a support scope for you to agree.
