Systems Integration

We connect disparate platforms, applications and data sources into one coherent enterprise estate. Using APIs, messaging and data integration, we make sure information moves reliably between the systems you run, and can be traced when something goes wrong.

Scope

What we deliver

  • Integration architecture that maps your systems, data flows and ownership before anything is built.
  • API design and development, with secure, managed access between systems.
  • Event- and message-based integration, including streaming with Kafka where real-time data matters.
  • Data integration and synchronization between ERP, CRM, finance and line-of-business applications.
  • Payment gateway and third-party service integration with reconciliation and audit trails.
  • Monitoring and error handling so failed messages are detected, traced and resolved.

Outcomes

What changes for you

  1. Information entered once and available wherever it is needed.

  2. Fewer manual transfers between systems, and fewer of the errors that come with them.

  3. Integrations that can be monitored, traced and supported like any other system.

  4. Room to add or replace systems without rebuilding every connection.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can you integrate systems from different vendors?

Yes. Most estates mix packaged products, custom applications and cloud services. We work with the interfaces each system offers and build what is missing in between.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. Integration is usually the way to get more from the systems you already run. Where a system cannot be integrated sensibly, we will tell you and explain the options.

How do you keep integrations reliable once they are live?

We build in monitoring, logging and error handling from the start, so failed transfers are visible and traceable. Ongoing support is available through our Support & Aftercare service.

How does an engagement start?

With a map of your current systems and the data that needs to move between them. That shows which connections matter most and where to begin.
