Training

We transfer knowledge to client teams so they can run, support and extend the solutions we deploy. Training is planned alongside delivery and tailored to each audience, from administrators and engineers to the people who use the system every day.

Scope

What we deliver

  • Training needs analysis by role, so each group learns what it actually needs.
  • Administrator and engineer training on configuring, operating and troubleshooting deployed systems.
  • End-user training built around your own processes and data.
  • Hands-on workshops and shadowing during delivery, so knowledge transfers as the work happens.
  • Runbooks, guides and documentation your team keeps using after handover.
  • Train-the-trainer programmes that let you onboard new staff yourselves.

Outcomes

What changes for you

  1. Teams confident running and supporting the systems they depend on.

  2. Less reliance on outside help for routine changes and issues.

  3. Faster adoption, because users learn on their own processes.

  4. Knowledge that stays in your organization when people move on.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you only train on systems Cloud Remark delivered?

Our training is built mainly around the solutions we deploy, which lets us teach from your real configuration and processes. If you need training on a system we did not deliver, talk to us about it.

Who is the training for?

Anyone who works with the solution: the administrators and engineers who run it, the support staff who keep it healthy, and the people who use it day to day. We tailor content and depth to each group.

How is training delivered?

Through workshops, hands-on sessions and shadowing during the project, in person or remotely depending on what suits your teams, supported by documentation and runbooks your team keeps.

How does an engagement start?

We agree the audiences and skills needed when we plan the delivery, then build the training plan alongside the project so knowledge transfer is not left to the end.
